Creating Dynamic Teams to Achieve Energy Conservation on the Manufacturing Floor

We would like to take you on a behind the scenes tour of how we blend energy awareness efforts, support/operator partnerships and creative problem solving to develop dynamic teams focused on achieving a holistic approach to energy
conservation.   Each element is key to the successful realization of our
conservation goals.  We learned that before moving forward we needed to build awareness regarding the goals and methodologies for a successful program.
Once we had built that foundation, we needed to develop trust relationships between our support personnel and operator teammates.  Finally, we then brought these two together to creatively tackle the challenges and opportunities of optimizing our energy conservation performance.

In this interactive presentation, we will provide vivid examples to assist other manufacturing organizations develop similar approaches to creating teams and effective problem solving methodologies.  Our ultimate goal is to help create a conservation culture that learns from each of its mistakes and celebrates each of its successes.
