Exhibitor Booth packages are available in sizes from 10' to 30'. The following items are provided by AEE when you register as an AEE Event exhibitor.

Exhibit Booth - All 10’ x 10’ booth packages include a black and white ID sign (7”x 44”), side rails (3ft), back drape (8ft). (Carpet is required and is the responsibility of the exhibitor.)

Staff Badges - Exhibitor designated event badges for all staff members.

Conference Registrations - One complimentary conference registration for an exhibiting company staff member (per 10’ x 10’ booth space). Plus 10 reduced rate conference registrations to distribute to your customers.

Expo Passes - Unlimited digital expo passes (pdf format) with space for your company name/logo.

Exhibitor Event Web Page - One company page on the event website (per exhibitor) which includes:

  • Company description (1000 characters max.)
  • Exhibit description (1000 character max.)
  • Hyper-links to your company’s website, Facebook page, Twitter account and LinkedIn account.
  • A single company logo.
  • Single Blog Entry - News article of your choice. New for 2021...Details to be announced soon.

Exhibitors Listing - Your company name, logo and booth number will appear in the Online exhibitor listing with links to your Exhibitor Event Web Page.

On-site Exhibitor Directory - Your company name, logo and booth number will appear in the On-site Exhibitor Directory given to all expo attendees.

Exhibitor Service Kit - A complimentary service kit to assist in event planning and logistics.
